Fox Valley Leather Company encourages its customers to request samples prior to ordering to insure that the type, color, and weight of leather ordered is correct.  We accept orders by telephone or fax only.  No Email or online orders accepted. This policy ensures security and minimizes mistakes in ordering, shipping and unnecessary returns and shipping delays.

In the event that the leather ordered is out of stock, orders will be automatically placed on 30 day backorder unless we are otherwise advised by customer.

Hobbyist and Leather Crafters: We have no minimum order quantities except for the wholesale pricing. Please confirm type, color and grade selection of your hide requirements in order to assist us in processing your order. Sorry, no partial cut hide orders. Call toll free 1-800-779-2709.

Resellers and Distributors: We encourage those customers who wish to resell our leathers to refer to wholesale quantity discounts and tannery specials listed on this website. Tanners: We invite all distribution inquiries from supply tanneries. Fox Valley sources tanneries throughout the world for quality cost effective supply and surplus joblot inventories. Terms and Conditions of Sale

Minimum Orders: Single hides to bulk orders supplied in uncut whole condition only. Priced by the Square Foot ( unless otherwise quoted ) and measured by the tannery.

Payment: Orders payable on delivery Cash & Carry, COD , Direct Debit or Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER) No 30 Day term financing provided unless approved by management. Bulk pricing or Sale items subject to added credit card user fee of 3%. Personal & Company Cheques accepted on approval only or where secured by valid credit card authorization. If uncollected, subject to prosecution.

Return Policy: Raw Material sales final. Exchange only on approval & subject to 25% restocking charge, unless due to Fox Valley Leather shipping error. Any other exchanges or returns approved subject to customer liability for freight costs incurred.

Warranties: No Liability or Responsibility on use of Raw Materials or Performance can be implied or accepted by Fox Valley Leather Co. due to no control over application or customer workmanship.. All raw material used at customers risk and application only.
