Sometimes our forms won't download due to problems with the site or the web browser being used by our customers.  If this is the case and you are unable to download a particular form, we need the following information sent in with your hide in order to process it:  your name, address, phone number, type of hide being sent and in the case of leather tanning, the color you would like your hide to be tanned into.

We do not offer store credit for game hides.
